The villa is located within an ideal walking distance from the town and all services and ensures privacy even while being surrounded by other houses, thanks to its characteristic dry stone walls and the lush greenery that surrounds the structure.

The villa has two levels. On the ground floor is a large living room with a sofa, an equipped kitchen that leads to an external veranda with tables and chairs for al fresco lunches or relaxing dinners, a bathroom, and a double bedroom.
From the living room, comfortable stairs lead to the second floor which offers its guests a kitchenette in a small living room - ideal for organizing breakfast without having to go downstairs. It also has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined if necessary), 1 single bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms with showers.

The entrance to the villa is through an automatic gate directly from the main road while the pedestrian gate, accessed through a secondary road, allows you to reach the inhabited area and its services in just a few steps.
The villa has two covered verandas, one on each floor, equipped with outdoor furniture to ensure relaxation and comfort for its guests. From the first-floor verandas, one can appreciate the panorama of the splendid Itria Valley. The villa has air conditioning throughout the building and is equipped with mosquito nets in every room.

The pool area is located on the first-floor level and is accessed via comfortable stone steps from the ground floor or through the cozy veranda on the first floor. The large 10x6m chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 0.7 m to 2.4 m and is equipped with a diving board, deck chairs, and sun loungers to provide guests with maximum comfort. The pool area also offers an outdoor shower and is surrounded by well-kept greenery which also ensures privacy from the neighboring villas.
The villa is on a busy road, so you can expect to hear some noise from passing cars.
