Built in typical Apulian style, consisting of a completely independent lamia with a swimming pool and outdoor spaces. It’s ideal for families who wish to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy.

The property can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The lamia consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a small well-equipped kitchen with appliances, a table, and chairs. Above the kitchen area is a mezzanine with a relaxation area equipped with sofas and a TV.

Outside the lamia, there is a large patio equipped with external kitchen, barbecue, sofas, and a table and chairs to enjoy the coolness during the hot summer days, or to enjoy cheerful dinners with family or friends.
The 11x3 meter salt water swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and a small patio surrounded by lawn and a well-kept green area. There is also an external shower.
