This finely restored holiday home is furnished with taste and attention to every detail, accommodates up to 22 people in 11 luxury independent suites.

The outdoors
Tenuta Torre dell'Olmo is surrounded by nature. About 2400 olive trees in 20 hectares of land frame the property, which is completely fenced. A big infinity pool (14 x 8.4 m) located in front of the building is partially shaded by an old oak tree and surrounded by sun loungers and deck chairs to enjoy the sun of Puglia.

The house
The ancient entrance door of the villa leads to the entrance of the resort: in this area guests can enjoy a bit of relaxation after having put down their luggage, enjoy a welcome drink and start enjoying the luxury of Made in Italy. A few steps from the entrance hall, in fact, the so-called "Sala del Sarto” (the Tailor’s Room) makes this property unique in its kind, connecting guests with the owners of Tenuta Torre dell'Olmo, to discover the family’s button down shirt tailor’s shop. The world of tailoring is constantly recalled and acts as a common thread through the different rooms. Guests are immediately projected in the Made in Italy style, refined and elegant, with timeless charm.
In this area there is also the reception, which can guarantee professional assistance and advice, the breakfast area, the kitchen - equipped to enjoy the delicacy of the local food and wine - and a large room with comfortable sofas.
Moving upstairs, through the stairs or by using a modern elevator, you will reach four of the eleven suites:

Suite 101 & 102 - POPELINE & PIQUET
A sitting area, furnished with comfortable sofas and characterized by the presence of an ancient and large fireplace, acts as a welcoming area between the first two suites: Popeline overlooking the lush countryside, offers a double bed with ensuite bathroom equipped with shower. The Piquet suite is the second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, equipped with bathtub and shower.

Suite 103 - CHAMBRAY
The Chambray suite, independent of the other rooms, features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, enhanced by the presence of an ancient sewing machine which today acts as a piece of furniture. This very bright room overlooks the hotel's prestigious garden through a small private balcony.

Suite 104 - OXFORD
The Oxford suite is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower which is characterized by being built inside the old master kitchen, renovated to enhance the typicality of the ancient architectural look. This room is completed with a private terrace, equipped with a pergola and sun loungers

Royal Suite - ZEPHYR
The royal suite is represented by the tower which dominates not only the entire property but the whole district. It is beautifully illuminated in the evening and kissed by the Apulian sun during the day, this ancient tower has been finely restored and furnished to make its guests' stay unique.
The suite is spread over three levels: on the first there are the double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The second level leads to the heart of the tower, where a relaxation room with sofas welcomes the guests and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings thanks to the splendid windows. Finally, the top level consists of a terrace with a breathtaking view. In this area there is a pergola with sun loungers and an outdoors jacuzzi for an experience of absolute well-being.

Moving to the second wing of the villa you can reach five other suites:

Suite 301 - VOILE
This suite, located in the second wing of the house, is equipped with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a patio with a lawn. This room directly overlooks the swimming pool.

Suite 302 - VICKY
The Vicky suite, twin but independent from the Voile suite, features a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Suite 303 - LINEN & Suite 304 - DENIM
The Line and Denim suites are the only two communicating suites, indeed are these the real Family House of the Resort. It is the ideal space for those who want to stay closed: the units offer two double beds, both with ensuite bathroom with shower and are connected by a door. This family house is located on the ground floor and has no architectural barriers and it is also equipped with an accessible toilet.

PINPOINT suite
The PinPoint suite has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. It can accommodate two extra guest thanks to the presence of a comfortable double sofa bed. The exclusive jacuzzi completes and ennobles the suite.

Suite 105 - TWILL
The last suite, Twill, is located on the main floor and can be reached via a staircase leading to the patio where sun loungers and a shading pergola are lined up: in this last space there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Location and curiosities
The property stands on a little hill top of Polignano a Mare’s countryside, in a district called Triggianello. The height of the villa offers the possibility, in some places, to see the ancient city of Conversano and view the crystalline blue of the sea of Polignano. In addition, from the structure you can easily reach both Castellana Grotte, known for its caves, and Monopoli.
The resort, on the other hand, is named further to the owners family, historical textile craftsmen and entrepreneurs of the Apulian made in Italy.
