Villa Milivita, can accommodate up to 12 people and consists of a main house (which hosts up to 8 people) and a dependance just a few meters from the main building (hosting up to 4 people). Each room in the property is conveniently equipped with air conditioning. 

External area
The property boasts a large private pool with salt water treatment and is equipped with a Bose sound system. A large patio area with electric shade sits alongside the pool, which is the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon aperitivo whilst being shaded from the summer sun. The area is also equipped with a outdoor living area along with a second large patio with electric shading which represents the ideal spot to enjoy some outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining under the stars on the balmy summer nights. 

The house is surrounded by extensive gardens of approximately 10,000 square meters well kept with high attention to detail.

The dependance

Separated from the main body of the villa, just a few meters away, there are two independent suites, (which can be joined together by opening a door), each with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Milivita rises in the spectacular setting of the gentle hills of Monopoli,  which is well connected to the sandy beaches of Capitolo. The villa is located a few kilometers from Sicarico, a small residential center served by restaurants, bars and mini markets.
This property is also ideal for reaching Polignano a Mare, known for its splendid terraces and dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea and Alberobello with its trulli, unique in the world and UNESCO heritage.
