The estate is composed of four independent units – Masseriola, Trullo, Nikkia and The Barn – and welcomes up to 12 guests. An authentic Apulian masseria with restored trulli and a private pool for exclusive use, designed for families and groups of friends who wish to share time together while enjoying privacy.

Arranged like a small village, the property features 6 bedrooms and 6 renovated, air-conditioned bathrooms, three living areas and three kitchens. It comfortably accommodates 8 to 12 adults , plus children. The estate unfolds around a private swimming pool and more than 2 hectares of gardens and olive groves , where long afternoons drift by between shared meals and friendly ping pong matches under the Apulian sky.

Interiors, designed by a renowned architect, blend exposed stone, natural materials and contemporary furnishings. At its heart lies a generous convivial space: a large kitchen with dining area and central living room, thoughtfully designed to bring the entire group together.
