As you enter through the automatic gate and drive down the driveway, you immediately feel like you're entering a mystical dimension: perfectly restored cones blending with the green of the trees and the brown of the surrounding earth. The pool area at the back of the property features a meticulously maintained English lawn and a patio equipped with a stone table and sofas adorned with comfortable cushions. The 10 x 4-meter pool has easy access with steps and is surrounded by the typical "chianche" flooring, furnished with ergonomic loungers.

The property has 3 entrances through French doors into the spacious living-kitchen area, furnished in perfect Puglian style with a stone fireplace, and a masonry kitchen equipped with all comforts. From the kitchen, you have access to an outdoor patio with a stone table and seating for relaxing outdoor lunches and dinners. Another outdoor relaxation area with sofas is located outside the living area for moments of absolute tranquility. A typical stone arch provides access to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The annex has an additional double bed with an ensuite bathroom.
